The Security 5 course was developed for people interested in entry-level certification in security and networking fundamentals. This course covers basic security concepts and teaches students how to safely setup firewalls, anti-virus software, and ports.

Ken began his computer technology career during the 80's. He has consulted with numerous Fortune 500 companies worldwide about IT training issues. He is Certified as a Cisco Systems Instructor. To become certified, he organized a multi-day observation and lab event in Paris. Ken has taught all of Cisco's CCNA, CCNP, CCDA, CCIP, and CCDP courses, in addition to its security appliance courses, including IDS and PIX. Additionally, Ken is certified as a consultant, trainer, Ethical Hacker with the EC council, and Microsoft Trainer.
