We accept purchase orders from Government and Education institutions as well companies with 30 or more employees. Company checks are also accepted. Please mail your checks and P.O. to Compucert LLC, 749 West 700 South Orem, UT 84058. For faster processing and delivery, you can fax your P.O. with authorized signatures to 801-734-2002.

Shipping Policies

 

Domestic Shipping for DVD/CD Products
Available shipping methods are: DHL Ground and DHL 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. Please choose your preferred shipping methods accordingly. All orders will be shipped within the next business day. Tracking information will be forwarded to you as soon as it become available.

 

International Shipping
We have Video Formats: NTSC (North America), PAL (European), or SECAM. Please select DHL International Shipping as your shipping method. DHL international shipping charges will be added at cost to your total when your order is processed. Please also note that DHL will collect import duties/taxes required by your country when delivering your package. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery - depending upon location. Tracking information will be forwarded to you as soon as it become available.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with our computer training DVD/CD-ROMs or online training videos, you can return your produce for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.)

 

How to return a training course:

* Returned items be sent to us within 30 days of the original invoice date, and must be in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that have been damaged or incomplete, or returns where more than 30% of the DVD/CD-ROMs have been opened.

 

* Online training courses and eLabs can also be returned within 30 days of purchase for training credit ONLY.
