Master of Science in Computer Science

The Master of Science in Computer Science degree is designed to help aspiring technology professionals build upon the fundamental comnputer science skills acquired via an undergraduate program or prior work experience. Advanced programming techniques, simulation, and object oriented modeling are introduced at the master's level. A more indepth understanding of programming concepts and the fundmentals of computer systems analysis and design continues with study of finite languages, analysis of algorithms, and more. Advanced topics in operating systems design, communications systems design and database design are provided to enhance the student's capabilities in the use of computers in real world applications. Courses may include Computer Science Theory, Systems Architecture, Relational Databases, Software Engineering.
