This complete class teaches students about the features and functions of PowerPoint 2010 for users of all skill levels. It begins with simple concepts before progressing to advanced ones. Following an introduction to program components and help functions, students are taught how to design, save, and alter presentations. Following this, they learn how to format content, insert graphics, draw objects, and place charts and tables within presentations. They are also taught how to utilize themes, templates, transition effects, and slide masters. Additionally, students will learn how to edit, run, and print PowerPoint presentations.

Before students finish the course, they'll have the ability to customize presentations by altering application settings and the Ribbon. Likewise, students will learn how to insert tables, interactive elements, multi-media content, SmartArt graphics, and modify templates and themes. Students will also be taught options for presentation distribution, which includes online presentations, HTML, and PDF. Finally, instruction about incorporating PowerPoint with other Microsoft programs, including Excel and Word, is provided in this course.
